The villa has been newly constructed so it’s space is quite slick with furniture of current modern aesthetics, hidden interior and exterior lighting, as well as it’s architecture incorporates the traditional Cycladic style with a more up-to-date touch.

VILLA LAYOUT

Internally it consists of a salon, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room has an extensive window (with full blackout curtains) with the beautiful view of the poolside which you can open so that you have full access to the outsidoor space. There are two snug sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, also there is a extensive dining area overlooking the poolside. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and the necessary electrical appliances. As for the bedrooms, one has a comfortable queen size bed, a private bathroom, while the other has twin beds. Both rooms have wardrobes. Further more there is another bathroom as well as TVs and air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom.

Externally, the apartment is surrounded by an exceptionally large and beautiful space. There you will find the commodious heated pool with a hot tub, mattresses and outdoor tables, comfortable sun loungers, hammock, shower and a elegant garden.
