bedrooms offer amazing sea view and four of them are independent guest rooms with private entrance and garden view. The villa also includes a staff
room with its own fully equipped kitchen suitable for your personnel.While entering the villa you will find a spacious living room with extensive
doors leading to the pool & jacuzzi area while offers you an amazing sea view. In the same area is located a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor BBQ area where a second door leads you through a private path to a secluded beach.
Taking the steps to the lower level you can enjoy the fully equipped gym. Un-wind on your amazing new-build villa, spend your day at the pool or
