The villa 300 sq m together with the outdoor living areas more than 800 sq m, are part of a plot of land of 4050 sq m.The inspired, architectural design and decoration, with the high quality of materials used for its construction, which have been selected with care in order to respect the Cycladic style and tradition, will pleasantly impress the guests.

The residence consists of the main villa and two guest houses with an overall of 5 en-suite bedrooms, with king size double beds, all with sea view. The master bedroom with its large private veranda and a panoramic sea view, occupies the first floor of the main villa.

The two guest houses have their own independent entrance, kitchen facilities and a spacious living area with a sofa single bed each, where a third person can be accommodated.
